I was already working on lowering my gluten intake

I was already working on lowering my gluten intake for the sake of my hormones. Then, as I looked back at my own food tracker, I noticed that after consuming foods/drinks with gluten, I really didn't feel very well. 🤔

So, now I'm on a mission to clean up the food I'm fueling my body with and get to feeling better!

I have never thought of myself as a plant person, but as we continue to add to our little plant family, I love what each of them brings to our home.

Plants are a lot like people. Both can be fragile, but strong roots help to persevere through the hard times. Getting enough sunlight, water, and good food helps us both to shine bright and share our light with others! 🌱💛

Quick lunch today as I work around the house. It's not fancy, but it is yummy!

Avocado toast with cheese, tomato, and homemade pickled red onions + salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

I also thought about making it with cottage cheese instead of the avocado. Maybe I'll try that tomorrow. 🤔

I added some Redmond real salt to the 💧 I'm drinking, along with some lemon. They both add electrolytes, and the lemon also adds vitamin c and aids in digestion. 🍋
